CCM architect is a person who is considered to be an expert in the technical and process areas. The person needs to have deep technical expertise in more than one CCM tools and should have command on detailed activities along with creating documents, integrating other systems and articulating solutions with all details needed.

The opportunity

The Solutions Architect will have a deep understanding and knowledge of process modeling, user interface designs and data modeling and can bring best practices. They must understand the business context and work directly with end users and system SME's to ensure that the functionality of the application meets their requirements. The Architect will interface across several business areas, acting as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects.

The Ideal candidate is expected to do hands-on Appian development, when needed. You will act as a technology consultant and work with the technical teams and help with the execution of the solution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • End to end correspondence process flow (Generating, Printing, Storing in ECM, and data capture of response data back to the System)

  • Development using Smart Communications Modules (Advanced Template Designer, Data Modeler and Web Editor) or HP/ OpenText Exstream, other CCM applications

  • Working with Accelerators to help with the integration of Insurance suite applications

Skills and attributes for success

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

  • Ability to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills a plus

  • Train/mentor team members for upcoming client challenges

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 4-7+ years of experience in creating digital communications using GMC Inspire Designer and GMC Inspire Interactive, HP/ OpenText Exstream or other document management solutions

  • Working Experience with creating Dynamic Content Links, Enclosures, Dynamic Enclosures, Exceptions, Choice List and Overlay Forms

  • Working knowledge Workflow process, set for release, Batch Config, Output Process Config, Resource Category, Channels (Print SMS, Email like), Import and Export

  • Handling page components; text boxes, tables, flow frames, logos, pictures, shapes, colors, relative positioning, headers, flow headers

  • Working knowledge of Configuration and Deployment Models (Cloud/Hybrid)

  • Experience with SOAP/ REST services, JSON and AWS

  • Experience with Email and HTML templates

  • API knowledge to work on Searching of templates, interactive editor, Bulk processing

  • Knowledge of Deployment automation

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Ability to design & Develop simple to complex documents/pages/tables in both in High Volume & On-Demand Application

  • Experience with Bulk jobs, multiple recipients, Out-of-sequence pieces.

  • Custom Barcodes and Integration of eSignature

  • Exposure to printers, print vendors and high-volume printing scenarios.
