Summer Intern Program duration: May 28 - August 2, 2024

Position: Summer Internship - Enterprise Marketing

This posting is for an Enterprise Marketing Intern. This opportunity will provide you with the experience of how marketing content and campaigns are planned, developed, and executed. You will have opportunities to collaborate on quarterly projects and be involved from inception till completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate marketing programs and campaigns that will reflect go-to-market strategies in support of deposit generation initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis, developing skills in identifying emerging trends.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as thought leadership, marketing campaign assets, web pages, refining your content creation abilities while actively contributing to our programs.
  • Complete agency briefs and project intake process.
  • Coordinate creative and content creation and production with agency.
  • Coordinate compliance approval process
  • Manage project timeline and deliverables.
  • Provide project updates and report on campaign performance.

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:
  • Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
  • Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
  • Highly organized
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Collaborative and inclusive team player
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
The estimated salary range for this position is $18.00USD to $20.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
