Core Business Services - Launch Program - Intern

At EY, you define your success. The Launch Internship will serve as a launch pad to your career. We will provide you with the experience, exposure and knowledge needed to better understand who we are and the work we do in professional services so that you can figure out what you want and begin building your unique career.

While each intern’s experience will be unique, as an EY Launch Intern, you can expect to work on real business challenges; support client teams; and maximize your hands-on experience with customizable, virtual learnings. Along the way, you’ll develop an understanding of our four integrated service lines — Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax — our deep industry knowledge and inclusive culture.

  • Qualifications

  • College freshman, sophomore or junior status 

  • An excellent academic record in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics or a related subject 

  • Strong preference for affiliation in organizations committed to racial diversity and inclusiveness for underrepresented groups

  • A proven history of leadership, such as in a campus club or society 

  • A genuine interest in a professional services career 

  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary

  • Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

A competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $23.80 - $41.11. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data. In addition should you join us full time, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid-time-off options.  Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.  You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial and emotional well-being.

  • Our approach to hiring utilizes several different formats throughout the course of the recruiting process.

  • In addition to speaking with our recruiters and client-serving professionals, we also leverage the use of pre-recorded video interviews (PRVI). Additional interviews may be in the form of a live interview, either via video or in person.
