Frito Lay Processing Operator in Liberty, New York

BFY Brands, the newest brand addition to Frito-Lay (and PepsiCo) has an opportunity for a Processing Operator to join the team. The Processing Operator position is responsible for operating process related equipment and plant process control systems in a safe environmentally responsible manner. If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you are welcome to apply. What you can expect is to be working on your feet for the entirety of your shift near heavy machinery in a loud manufacturing environment.

Here is a list of some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during the workday:

- Monitors flow of chips from puffing
- Monitors the level of seasoning in mix tanks

Replenishes the seasoning in the mix/holding tanks

Cleans/sanitizes the enrobers/mixing tanks/bucket elevators

- Keeps area clean

- Additional responsibilities as the company may require: Cleaning other departments, sweeping, washing and sanitation

Whether you are experienced or not, please be sure that you meet the following minimum requirements:

You are at least 18 years of age

You are willing and able to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift

You are willing to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
