I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
The program is designed to teach current full-time juniors, seniors, graduate level students and 2020 college graduates what it takes to work on best in class data analytics, measurement and data strategies across Meredith's National Media Group, an organization reaching over 190 million American consumers every month.
For 12 weeks (6/1/21-8/20/21) the Associate will work with Meredith's Data and Insights Team in NY.
Each Associate will be placed within a specific department and will work closely with that team; but will also have opportunities to network and learn about different aspects of the business through a dedicated mentor, orientation, and a speaker series. Throughout the summer, the Associates will work together on a project and will have the opportunity to present the project to Meredith's Senior Leaders. This is a paid program that will start fully remote but may evolve to be in person in the assigned office location.

50% Associates will partner closely with Meredith Data and Analytics (Advertiser Insights) team to understand how Meredith leverages insights to drive business initiatives for our clients and value for Meredith's consumers.
III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education: Must be a current full-time junior, senior or graduate level student at an accredited college or university at the time of application, or a 2020 college graduate.
Experience: Related coursework and a prior related internship or experience required.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Surface relevant insights using our content classification system along with 1st party and 3rd party data. Technical and analytical ability to translate complex, analytical insights to a non-technical audience. Knowledge in data mining and modelling techniques using SQL, R/Python, or BI tools e.g. Tableau, Sisense, etc.
