The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
Building operations are open 24 hrs., 7 days per week, Heavy lifting up to fifty(50) pounds, Operation of equipment and machinery, exposure to harsh chemicals, Climb A frame and extension ladders, endure unregulated weather: cold in winter and hot in summer; walking, reaching, bending, squatting, crawling, standing, driving.
