SUMMARY
HR Internship opportunity that offers exposure to various functions within a dynamic human resources department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying areas in need for standard process procedures, understand best practices and document procedures.
- Support the summer internship program with learning and development opportunities and special events.
- Partner with the recruiting group and DEI organization to foster diversity across MAHLE.
- Support events coordination and onsite initiatives as needed.
- Evaluate our current campus and develop proposals to increase engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
- Major: Human Resources or Business
- Class Standing: Sophomore or Junior preferred
- Preferred skills: MS office (experience in Excel including Vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not required
