Anastasia Beverly Hills Sales and Artistry Coordinator in Long Island, New York

Position Overview

Under general supervision, provides educational and training support to a group of designated stores, within an Sales and Artistry Executive?s territory, to help drive sales and achieve their overall sales goals. Analyzes administrative information and sales data to determine and implement necessary strategies to drive sales. Plans and facilitates trainings within their doors. Builds relationships with store teams and leadership partners. Serves as the key liaison between the Sales and Artistry Executive and the accounts to positively impact sales and ensure consistency with education.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for driving sales and executing strategies and initiatives for each of the Anastasia Beverly Hills retailer location within their market to achieve sales goals. The Sales and Artistry Coordinator roles services all retailers: Sephora, Ulta, Macy?s, Norstrom?s, Dillard?s, and Bloomingdales.

  • Plans and facilitates In-store trainings that may include New Store Openings, Macy?s Impulse Artistry Trainings, Ulta Cluster trainings, etc.). The AC may serve as leverage to help support a Nordstrom Trend show within a Sales and Artistry Executive?s area due to volume and to gain additional experience.

  • Responsible for planning and providing ongoing training in accounts and teaching makeup application techniques that will translate into sales. The AC will be visiting and working regularly in-store in the list of doors within their territory.

  • Adheres to the T&E budget and ABH company expense policy to be within the guidelines and be fiscally responsible. Accountable for completing all administrative assignments by the due dates, including processing expenses in a timely manner.

  • Builds and maintains strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and achievement of successful sales results.

  • Creates an open and collaborative environment that influences the sales teams across all locations.

  • Assists the Sales and Artistry Executive with recruiting, training and developing Retail Sales Specialists (contracted support), based on the needs of the business. (The Sales and Artistry Executive will ultimately be responsible for hiring the RSS, scheduling them and processing timesheets.)

  • Takes personal accountability for the growth and success of the accounts by offering feedback to the store teams, modeling ideal sales and service behavior, demonstrating accurate application tips to translate into sales.

  • Adheres to the T&E budget and ABH company expense policy to be within the guidelines and be fiscally responsible. Accountable for completing all administrative assignments by the due dates, including processing expenses in a timely manner

  • Plans and executes events taking place within territory to achieve all event goals.

  • Reports and addresses inventory stock issues within doors with store operations point person and loops in the Sales and Artistry Executive to make them aware or help if their assistance is needed.

  • Maintains a solutions-oriented mind-set and attitude, speak positively about the company and its retailer partners.

  • Uphold Anastasia Beverly Hills Dress Code Guidelines & consistently demonstrate a polished & professional appearance, frequently changing makeup styles to reflect current trends by

  • wearing seasonal looks and evolving personal artistry skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of cosmetic and leadership experience.

  • Previous Counter Manager experience of a one million dollar + counter, ideally overseeing multiple direct reports.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through developing teams and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment.

  • Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results.

  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e.: verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)

  • Proficient in Basics in Word, Excel, PPT. Proficient in Google Drive preferred.

  • Effective planning, organizational and time management skills

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

  • Ability to travel 60 % (by car, plane, etc. based on territory?s geographical needs)

  • Possess a personal vehicle to be utilized for business purposes

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and some holidays

  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours standing, Lifting (up to 50lbs as well as Pushing and Pulling), Walking (travel required) and Keyboarding
