Attorney will represent variety of clients across multiple markets including corporate entities, banks, asset managers etc. in relation to negotiating and structuring financial documents and transactions.
Comfort with handling all aspects of related financing transactions independently and as part of a team.
Work on asset-based lending, project finance deals, acquisition finance and other related disciplines.
