Renewal by Andersen of Metro New York is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to add to our highly successful marketing team. We are a leader in the window industry and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. Our marketing team is made up of top performers that focus on lead generation for the most recognized and industry leading brand on the market. This role will be responsible for developing, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns that promote the company and our products and services. The Marketing Manager generates leads through traditional avenues such as direct mail , marriage mail .radio and television.
Principal Responsibilities:
Develop, lead and deliver marketing plans focused on reaching specific audiences utilizing a diversified marketing mix.
Plan, develop, execute and measure the Traditional marketing campaigns.
This position requires a seasoned marketing professional who can lead the creative development work for Direct Response campaigns and projects from inception to completion. Including: large direct mail campaigns, post campaign analysis, and actionable recommendations for future in market efforts.
Ability to analyze, interpret data, and continually evolve creative strategy based on key learnings
Ensure appropriate branding and brand messages are used in campaigns
Maintain excellence in digital media and future technology and be an ambassador for digital within the business
Manage and build relationships with Marketing Vendors to ensure lowest cost media buys
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field Required
Minimum 6 years’ experience in traditional marketing and direct response advertising
Experience in overseeing major multi-channel campaigns, Experience managing Direct Response programs/campaigns at strategic and creative levels
Proven track record in creating and delivering successful and cost-effective direct response marketing campaigns
Experience in sales and marketing tools
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point
Understanding of Traditional Marketing Avenues and how to leverage them for cost effective results
Ability to set and manage marketing budgets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong cross functional and collaboration skills with external vendors such as creative agencies
Adaptability, flexibility and ability to influence others
Annual salary: $90,000 - $110,000
