Responsibilities
Provide seasonal forecasts to optimize sales and profits
Replenish stock levels on a weekly basis and chase to ensure appropriate weeks of supply
Forecast sales at SKU level using sales history, lost sales calculations, and future business plans to prepare order quantities and out of stocks are avoided
Identify best and worst sellers and patterns in popular styles to help plan the range and appropriately allocate budget to new styles
Ensure high in stock rate while managing EOM stock targets
Work closely with warehouse to arrange reporting and resolve stock issues
Report on aged/slow moving lines to plan sales strategies on products which haven't sold through

Requirements
3+ years in planning or forecasting, retail environment a plus
Strong analytical skills and ability to demonstrate logical analysis to address business challenges
Expertise with Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge a plus
Ability to filter and prioritize sources of information and identify emerging trends
Previous experience in working cross functionally with all levels to complete projects
Flexible and amenable to changes in a fast-pace, high growth environment. Must be able to multi- task while accommodating changing priorities.
