Work with internal stakeholders to assess hiring needs for multiple teams across the business
Full ownership of candidate pipeline from initial sourcing to new hire on-boarding
Be a part of the success of any of your new hires via integration follow-up post-hire (trial period success in France)
Ownership of the ATS along with providing updates on the pipeline
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates
Thought-lead innovative ways to attract and retain candidates

3+ years of hands-on recruiting in a fast-faced and dynamic environment
Outstanding communication and people skills
Demonstrated work ethic and adaptability to changing priorities
A great team player
Prior experience with a recruiting agency and/or executive search strongly preferred
An understanding of ad tech industry or digital video space is a big plus
