Duties Description Assist in rearing walleyes and mukellunge by loading and unloading of fish rearing equipment, feed, and fertilizers. Install dam boards in ponds and unload alfalfa into ponds. General facility and grounds maintenance. Some work will be performed on boats and local lakes. Occasional weekend work possible.

Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience qualifications for this class.Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and beable to understand and carry out written or oral instructions. When required tooperate motor vehicles, incumbents must possess a valid New York Statedriver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated.

Additional Comments This is a seasonal, hourly appointment with an anticipated end date of 10/31/2025. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date. Actual work schedule, duties and travel requirements may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
