Services Representative to provide friendly and accommodating service to

As a Financial Services Representative at Suffolk Federal, you come to
work each day ready to build strong relationships and assist our members
with their financial needs all while providing great service. You enjoy
interacting with our members and truly care about finding real solutions
to their financial needs. Through in-depth discussions, you are able to
uncover what members need and cross-sell and provide information
regarding credit union products and services.

In addition to opening memberships, you resolve member issues regarding
accounts. You also have the opportunity to assist members with loans.
Your organizational skills assist you in accepting and processing loan
applications and ensuring that the proper information and paperwork are
collected. Members may also need assistance with obtaining or resolving
issues with debit/ATM cards, and you are happy to help. Each day you go
home feeling good about the problems and challenges you've been able to
help our members with.


6 months of banking experience OR 1 year of customer service
A Bachelors Degree in a related field will be considered in lieu of
