The ideal candidate will possess: Experience: Proven track record in corporate commercial real estate, including complex transactions, lease negotiations, and regulatory compliance. Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders. Business Development: Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities, enhancing the firm's market presence. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal counsel on commercial real estate transactions and corporate matters. Lead negotiations and draft contracts, leases, and other real estate documents. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through effective networking and business development strategies. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop tailored solutions for complex real estate issues. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the NYS Bar. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate commercial real estate. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
