This General Office Clerk role is a short-term temporary opportunity in the Melville, New York area, and will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.
How you will make an impact
Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately
Receive and place telephone calls as needed
Provide a warm environment to customers
Drafting correspondence that conform to prescribed style and format
Exercise proper data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
Provide front desk and receptionist support
Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary
Word and Excel experience preferred
Solid understanding of Document Scanning
Knowledge of e-Filing
1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested
Strong organization skills
Demonstrated ability handling office equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
