About the role Department: Engineering Test Lab Mentor's Title: Director, Engineering Lab Start Date: Summer 2024 Anticipated Duration: Possible extension through the year Responsibilities Develop test automation to functionally verify software products Develop test plan and procedures for software products Run test, document test results and file bugs into tracking system Collect, analyze and document test data using Microsoft Excel and Word Summarize test results, present findings and interact with product development and production groups Qualifications Programming in C, Junit, LabView, and a scripting language such as (Python) Coding VBA in Microsoft Excel, hand tools and machining equipment experience are desired Familiar with Ethernet networking, understand hubs, switches and routers Familiar with CAN communication protocol desired Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills Education & Experience Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with 2nd year completed or graduate student in an ABET accredited electrical engineering program (Graduate student preferred) Desired Major: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
