Remote Policy (Hybrid Model) –

* Starting July 12th to the end of the summer - we require temporary workers to come into the office on Mondays and Wednesdays on a rotating weekly schedule (Team A and Team B). Temporary workers will be able to work remotely on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. After September 13th, temporary workers will be expected to be in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays each week, and work remotely on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.*

MUST HAVES:

Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, and building formulas)

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Sales Contract Administration Facilitation• Extranet User set up / Maintenance• Master Data Maintenance impacting Order to Cash operation• EDI Project coordination• Loan Asset Transaction Processing• Contract Database record updates• Electronic Mailings related to Dealer Communications• Liaison with Logistics Department on Vendor Compliance related matters• Commission Payment Processing• System Access Requests• Maintain Contract Administration database and proprietary systems in accordance withexecuted agreements• Maintain Master data maintenance set up impacting order to cash functionality (revenuerecognition)• Establish and maintain an efficient filing system to easily access information• Coordinate and deliver business partner communications as required by contract, policy,sales or marketing.• Perform loan asset related transactions• Update Standard Operating Procedures documents• Analyze data to identify key areas for improvement and/or cleanup• Calculate and submit commission payments based on sales achievements.

QUALIFICATIONS:• Typically requires general education and/or vocational training plus 1 to 2 years of relatedexperience. College degree preferred.• Must be detail-oriented and very organized• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Excellent time management and strong analytical skills• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills• Excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate with allmanagement levels• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, and building formulas) preferred.Proficient in Power-Point and Word, familiarity with MS Access helpful.
