ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role requires key holder responsibilities while driving personal sales goals at LoveShackFancy Pop up at Gurneys Resort in Montauk, demonstrating excellent customer service.

This position runs from July1, 2024 - September 2nd, 2024

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling & Client Service

· Greet and acknowledge all customers

· Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store

· Meet or exceed your goals that will be set and given to you by management

· Maintain an accurate, efficient and effective client book

Visual Merchandising

· Assist with execution of floor set at the pop up.

· Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis according to the company’s standards

· Maintain proper fixture placement, lighting, and floor plan changes

· Ensure representation of all merchandise on the floor and make adjustments to merchandise placement as sell through dictates

Operations

· Monitor Compliance to company policies and procedures when on shift and report compliance issues to management

· Open and Close pop up.

· Ensure pop up is fully stocked with supplies

· Assist with Inventories and other Asset Protection needs
