Genesee Country Museum Seasonal Food Service Cook in Mumford, New York
Responsibilities include but are not limited to,
Assist with fast-paced, casual restaurant operations
Food prep/maintaining par levels
Cooking for lunch shifts
Communicate with visitors and staff in a friendly, professional and helpful manner
BOH experience required
L1,L2 serv-safe certified - will train
At least 18 years of age
Working at multiple locations on Museum grounds
Cleaning and organizing
Must be able to pass background check
Seasonal hours 20-25 hours/week (May-Oct). With some hours available November-April.
Work schedule includes weekdays, weekends, holidays and special events - some evening work hours, but most hours are during the day.
