Daily tasks include, prep work, setting up for day, cleaning, taking orders (running a cash register includes the responsibility of handling cash and credit card transactions), running food.

Working with a wide range of staff and volunteers and being efficient, courteous, and professional.
Consistently strive to give the highest level of customer service
Always communicating in a friendly professional manner with everyone (co-workers, guests, other museum employees)
Practicing safe food serving procedures
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, holidays, and all of our special events
Some heavy lifting involved to restock coolers
The ability to work both independently or in a very busy, fast paced environment.
Willing to be trained in tasks and procedures
L1 or L2 Serv-safe certification is a plus
Must complete a background check.
