We're looking for a Field Engineer to join our collaborative project team in Spring Valley, NY working on projects that will enhance the lives of K-12 students! In this role you will provide support to Superintendent with full-time onsite presence for the duration of project. You’ll provide field oversight and inspection on the project to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications and construction and safety standards. You’ll communicate with the client to determine needs and explain complex issues along with managing field activities such as daily field reports, field coordination with the contractors and implement engineering designs.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • 2 years of related construction project management experience with construction building projects

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

  • OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

  • Position requires ability to work 2nd shift through the school year (2:30 PM – 10:00 PM) and primarily 1st shift during the summer

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
