Healthy Kids is currently looking for a Registration Specialist to join our team!

Salary:$19 per hour

Hours:25-30 hours, Mon-Fri

Status:Part-time, non-exempt

Where You’ll be: Our Main Office located in New Windsor, NY.

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Registration Team as a Registration Specialist. The Registration Specialist is our first point of contact for families interested in enrolling in our programs. They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and being knowledgeable about our different programs and services, guiding families through the registration process and setting up billing.

Registration Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with families through open and interactive communication

  • Manage large amounts of emails and phone calls in a timely manner

  • Approve registration forms and add children to schedules

  • Create accurate billing plans

  • Follow up with potential families

  • Stay knowledgeable on the various forms families will need to complete

  • Run CRM and billing reports

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong data entry skills

  • High School diploma or the equivalent

  • Ability to read and communicate effectively

  • Must demonstrate the willingness to work in a team environment and be a team player

  • Possesses the ability to adjust to changing workflows and processes

  • Ability to work with limited supervision & still be productive, timely and accurate
