GWS MBA Summer Intern Job Description
The MBA Summer Associate Program is a full-time, paid program that provides an in-depth introduction to CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business and the diverse range of career opportunities therein. As the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, CBRE will pair Interns with industry-leading subject matter experts and resources through a variety of strategic initiatives to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our GWS organization.
Interns will be located across the country.

QUALIFICATIONS
Full-time MBA student or any Master's Program at a top institution between first and second year of program
Experience in commercial real estate desired, and/or interest in real estate and willingness to be exposed to multiple disciplines
Financial acumen with the ability to interpret business financial documents
Demonstrated leadership and teaming capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to gather, analyze, interpret and summarize data; advanced Excel skills preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
Placement and specific responsibilities will be based on an individual’s area of concentration, strengths, interests, and the GWS business need. Responsibilities and experiences below are
examples and will vary according to role:
Work with account leadership to understand account operations, scopes of service and financial requirements within an integrated service model
Gain exposure to multiple areas of the core business and brainstorm ways to help improve best practice sharing
Develop recommendations for greater financial/operational controls and standard reporting routines
Analyze & develop plans for portfolio optimization and increased flexibility based on market and facility conditions
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is 30.00 an hour and the maximum is 40.00 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
