This is a full-time, on-site hybrid position in New York City; M-F from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 annual.

Who we are looking for:

The Account Manager position is responsible for driving sales and growing new business by utilizing all available resources to establish and manager long term relationships with our customers.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Business.

  • 5-8 years of experience. 

  • Knowledge of the retail landscape, customers and sleepwear business.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with accounts.  

  • Collaboration with all teams within Intradeco related to product.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.

  • Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, initiative, critical thinking, customer service, leadership.

    What you will do:

  • Secure program placement and execution for new and existing accounts; including department stores, clubs, off price channel and ecom- centric customers.

  • Be a Student of Retail - Identify opportunities while supporting the development of sales strategies to establish and grow business.

  • Partner with Design and Merchandising in line development, based on sales driven facts and opportunities.

  • Secure, manage and review customer orders, follow through with all asks from internal and external teams to ensure program execution.

  • Work closely with Internal Customer Service and Analyst teams to identify, communicate, manage and resolve in season program opportunities and challenges.

  • Review and report sales performance data to internal and external customers to drive sales.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Inventory Management teams to forecast sales and inventory needs. Identify areas of underperformance and work with team to implement corrective measures.

  • Assist in developing annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets based on data driven insights.

  • Lead and support day to day correspondence with retailer and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Manage costing requests along with communication to the customer.
