Hyatt Call Center - Telephone Operator (Substitute) in NEW YORK CITY, New York

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the hotel and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The Call Center - Telephone Operator must work well handling a high volume of calls. The Call Center Telephone Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel. The Call Center - Telephone Operator also receives and enters In Room Dining orders.

Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in basic computer skills
Customer service experience preferred
Must have open availability including weekends and holidays
