This is a full time, hybrid role with our office being in Greenville, SC or New York City, NY. This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home. 

Who We Are Looking For:

The eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator role requires a detailed, self-driven professional to work in a fast-paced environment managing the digital lifecycle of products. This entry level role supports various teams within the eCommerce department and  will support the execution of a strategy that unites product, content and commerce in a way that engages consumers and drives high converting shopping experiences. .

This is a full-time, hybrid role in either our office in Greenville, SC or New York City, NY.  This position does require 3 days in the office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home. The target hiring range for this role is $45,000-$50,000 per year.

What You'll Do:

  • Work alongside other eCommerce and Design team members to execute a category merchandising strategy on-site, including but not limited to promotions, product launches, and campaigns

  • Monitor SKU-specific site and sales metrics, viewing product performance down at the attribute level, traffic by source, conversion etc.

  • Use reporting insights to Design, Marketing, Planning, etc.

  • Create competitive report analysis and end of season competitive recaps to validate new opportunities and monitor performance to include MSRP validation.

  • Evaluate sales data to determine if assortment needs to modified, propose changes, and coordinated any changes with broader team.

  • Validate MSRP, Volume and MOQ’s by programing and generate OPP forms for eCommerce and enter wholesale pricing and & CAD’s.

  • Complete virtual layout proposals

    Who You Are:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical site merchandising in eCommerce, or experience with digital marketing

  • Ability to deliver results in evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with cross functional team members

  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on Retail math and working knowledge of Excel. Experience with data visualization tools strongly preferred.

  • Curiosity to learn, laser-focus on the details and resourcefulness and ability to combine “eye” for products with analytical insights. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Jungle Scout, Data Hawk helpful, but not required
