Corporate Development Summer Analyst

Corporate Development is responsible for identifying and executing inorganic growth opportunities that advance the Firm's strategic objectives and works with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all North America Market Units, industries, geographies, and capability networks.

Principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Participate in V&A pipeline analysis

· Summarize V&A prospect information discovered through marketing materials, public filings, meetings & calls, and various other sources

· Contribute to the development of financial models to evaluate a target's financial projections

· Perform comprehensive financial valuations involving discounted cash flow, accretion dilution and comparable company/transaction analysis

· Participate in diligence efforts amongst internal parties

· Help compile summary materials for internal management reviews

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance OR other Business-related major with a graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026

    Bonus points if you:

  • Have knowledge of M&A

  • Are a PC user and know the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Have demonstrated strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Feel comfortable talking with senior leadership

  • Have a strong attention to detail

  • Easily share your ideas in person and in writing

  • Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional and academic setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional and academic setting; either military or civilian

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
