You might spend your day:

  • Delivering unique contract management solutions to internal clients across our industries, i.e., Financial Services, Health & Public Service, Resources, Products, and Communications Media and Technology.

  • Working with clients to understand how their business processes work today, identifying areas for improvement, and creating process maps to demonstrate how changes will help them reach their goals.

  • Understanding change management and Legal organizational strategies and helping to execute them to assist clients in pivoting to their future business state.

  • Gathering Legal requirements to translate unique client needs into actionable results.

  • Performing project management activities, such as tracking deliverables, creating status reports, managing resource plans, and monitoring successful achievement of project goals.

  • Helping our clients innovate by applying new contract management strategies to new business areas.

Through activities like these, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients shape their organization from a people, process, and legal perspective. From offering strategic insights to utilizing personalized methodologies for implementation, our Contract Management Summer Interns will help drive successful delivery of innovative solutions to our clients.

Your Experience – Accenture Contract Management Summer Interns are forward-thinking, well-rounded people with a consistent record of outstanding academic performance and high learning agility.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree AND be actively pursuing an advanced degree or law degree with a graduation date of May 2026 or later.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates who have worked or have volunteer experience for a company or organization which focuses on Inclusion & Diversity

  • Demonstration of leadership, ability to work both within a team and independently

  • Preference for candidates considering a career in Contract Management

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to details and ability to interpret data

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work successfully under pressure

  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
