Bridge Investment Group is hiring a rising senior Summer Analyst in New York for our Debt Strategies Group. Bridge Debt Strategies is one of Bridge's five specialized investment verticals with over $6.1 billion in assets under management backed by over 1,450 assets across the country. Bridge Debt Strategies invests in commercial real estate-backed debt opportunities, including Freddie Mac securitizations, and directly originates first mortgage and mezzanine loans. The Summer Analyst will work on the originations team and assist with underwriting new transactions, deal sizing and evaluation, asset due diligence, and deal closing.

Bridge's fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means the Summer Analyst will be expected to take initiative on new projects and contribute across disciplines, working closely with senior management throughout the program.

Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to thriving in a fast-paced client facing role and having strong communication skills, a successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to write effectively
