Orrick seeks innovative and determined 2L law students, who possess grit and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.2L Summer Associates will generally be hired to work with one of Orrick's six Business Units: Litigation, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Energy & Infrastructure, Finance, and Strategic Advisory & Government Enforcement (SAGE). Each Business Unit contains several practice groups, which can be found here: should be prepared to share in their cover letters and interviews which of the six Business Units they are primarily interested in.
