The Summer Intern - Employee Benefits Sales will be responsible for the following:
Build out sales training database for territory management
Market research on brokers
5500 database searches
Managing contacts in Sales Force
SalesForce Clean up
Assisting Sales Executives with summer cases
Assist with employer enrollment meetings
Support Sales in marketing campaigns
Assist with collection and analysis of sales data in order evaluate existing and potential clients, markets, products and business opportunities
Targeted and guided job shadows with mentor and sales and client management colleagues
Capstone Presentation: Analyzing an assigned business case and report out to management
The duration of the internship is 10 weeks with the possibility of full-time employment offered after graduation.
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and would prefer an area of focus in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or Economics.
Rising senior (anticipated graduation Dec 2021 or May/June 2022) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and self-starter
Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Previous internship experience preferred
