What to expect
The Native American Early Insight Program offers students who self-identify as Native American, a valuable introduction to a successful career in financial services, along with the chance to interview for Summer 2022 internship opportunities and receive a financial award. You'll network with diverse senior leaders as well as program analysts/alumni, and learn more about the opportunities available within the following Corporate & General Management Programs:
Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP)
Locations available: Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; New York Metro; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; Wilmington/Newark, DE
Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP)
Locations available: Columbus, OH; Plano, TX; New York Metro; Wilmington, DE
Global Finance and Business Management (GF&BM)
Locations available: Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; New York Metro; Plano, TX; Wilmington/Newark, DE
Internal Audit (IA) - Business Track or Technology Track
Locations available: Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Jersey City, NJ; Plano, TX; Wilmington, DE
Who we are seeking
A well-rounded academic background - preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
A strong team player who is proactive, responsive and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Aptitude to digest large amounts of information and use it to develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail
A well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial services
Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organizations

If you meet the minimum criteria for the Summer Analyst Program application(s), you will receive an invitation to complete Pymetrics and HireVue. You must complete both of these assessments in order for your application to be complete and be considered.
Note: applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to complete your HireVue video(s) within 1 week of receiving.
