JPMorgan Chase 2025 Corporate & Investment Bank Markets Summer Analyst Program in New York, New York

As a Summer Analyst within the Corporate and Investment Bank Markets, you will work with teams that are active in all major financial markets and develop sophisticated financial solutions to help clients manage risk, increase returns and solve complex financial problems. Globally, we hold leadership positions across all major financial markets, this means you'll be part of a dynamic team, helping to solve a range of challenging and interesting business issues and will be challenged in your work.

As an intern, you will join one of three tracks within Markets: Sales, Trading, or Structuring & Origination:

Job responsibilities

  • Support senior colleagues with important research, analysis and preparatory work.

  • Monitor markets, develop trade ideas, conduct portfolio reviews, and learn about the solutions and products we offer for clients to manage any market conditions.

  • Help corporate and institutional clients navigate the breadth of J.P. Morgan product offerings across Markets and Platform Services

  • Build relationships with clients and package tailor-made solutions that meet the needs of a wide array of clients.

  • Provide liquidity to clients in all major asset classes and deliver fast execution, market share and e-trading platforms

  • Respond to and encourage client enquiries, manage the resulting risk, and respond to market-moving events.

  • Focus on details and logically make quick decisions

  • Offer a broad range of innovative investor products, liability management and hedging solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Attend college/university in the U.S.

  • Graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026 from a Bachelor's or Master's program(within within 2 years of receiving your Bachelor's degree)

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment

  • Be adaptable, flexible and resilient

  • Fluent in English

  • Initiative and the vision to come up with strategies and plans

  • Strong interest in global financial markets is essential

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A well-rounded academic background in your undergraduate studies.

  • Good level of numeracy is required.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage your own projects

  • Coursework in finance or economics a plus

  • Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

To be eligible for this program, you mut have

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Enrolled in a degree conferring program at a U.S. university.

• JPMorgan Chase will provide assistance with F-1 STEM optional practical training (OPT) and curricular practical training (CPT).
