PVH Corp. Account Executive II (Nike Men's Underwear) - CALVIN KLEIN in New York, New York

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Executive II is responsible for selling Nike Men’s Underwear to our retail partners. This person must achieve sales plans, drive strategic growth and protect the profitability within the division.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Grow and react to sales plans that deliver top line and bottom line progression

  • Develop product and sales strategies leading up to seasonal market appointments

  • Present new product lines, seasonally to accounts

  • Partner with planning team to monitor OTB, as well as sku forecasting

  • Execute brand and product strategies in-season through daily account maintenance and forward-thinking initiatives

  • Collect and analyze selling metrics, weekly, monthly, and year-end to react accordingly for the business

  • Fiscal Reporting monthly current ship month projection as well as total year forecast

  • Timely confirmation from accounts

  • Establish a strategic partnership with account to further understand the product needs and opportunities

  • Partner with buyers, store marketing, and marketing in order to develop an in store POS visual presence

  • Work with field marketing to improve in store position, execution, and performance

  • Research sales of both own as well as competitive product to discover new opportunities for growth


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 3-7 years’ experience in sales and account management required

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and presentation skills

  • Ability to lead a presentation with confidence

  • Intermediate/ Advanced in Excel and Power-point

  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive mindset

  • Exceptional Communication skills

Internal: Men’s Planning Team, Merchandising, Marketing Team, Operations, Customer Service, Retail Development, Design

External: Buyers, Assistant Buyer, Retail Planners, Account Marketing teams, Nike Corporate


BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Wholesale accounts

DECISION MAKING: Independent problem solver. Ability to negotiate with accounts.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Collaborating with accounts and cross-functional teams to drive sales and develop new business opportunities. Protecting margin and brand on all sales initiatives.

ENVIRONMENT: Collaborative environment with Sales, Merchandising Planning & Design teams. Upbeat and fast paced. High focus on to meeting financial targets and capitalize on strong business trends.
