Your responsibilities as Account Manager
Grow membership revenue and hit sales targets by developing plans, executing goals, and growing business by cross selling within book of business.
Onboard and manage relationships of a book of business that is approximately $1-2MM
Build awareness and increase customer utilization within assigned accounts via a proactive approach that includes presentations, i.e. Webex, and effectively communicating what is upcoming at PLI and how that aligns with specific customer needs
Upsell award winning solutions and pursue additional opportunities to build new relationships within account base
Limited travel required
Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Other duties, as assigned
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or field related to legal profession required
1 - 2 years of relevant account management, relationship management and/or customer relations experience essential
Proven ability to develop and secure relationships at all levels within a customer organization
Exudes superior business acumen, poise and executive presence. Highly articulate
Ability to learn and understand PLI's business model
Deadline-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
J.D. a plus
