How You Will Make a Difference


  • Manage promotion schedule for US and EU

  • Monitor brand team catalogue updates, and manage product restrictions to author promo forms for each tier and region

  • Distribute forms to promo list of friends and family

  • Organize and manage responses in real time

  • Manage friends and family list upkeep: note any users not responding or making requests for review, seasonal additions

  • Monitor and process all employee requests

  • Field and organize brand and leadership requests

  • Record detailed record of all requests, order details and tracking information for reference and for reporting

  • Process all promo, employee, and special project orders through SAP, monitor orders until fully processed and shipped

  • Maintain consistent communication with all end users on orders, tracking information and product unavailability

  • Provide end of season reporting on all requests fulfilled for merchandising and buy team review

Friends & Family :

  • Manage friends and family schedule for US and EU

  • Create forms for T1-T3 for US and EU

  • Organize and manage responses in real time

  • Maintain friends and family list keeping track of any users not responding or making requests for review, seasonal additions

  • Manage product restrictions

Employee Requests :

  • Process all employee allowance requests received within 12 hours

  • Stay up to date on the shipment and receival of packages to the recipient

  • Manage all communication between the employee and shipping logistics

Special Requests :

  • Process special project orders for friends and family, communicate order details to customer service team as needed

  • Manage payment, shipping, and logistics on all requests for larger special project items

  • Handle all requests from cross-functional teams including but not limited to; collaborators, brand, and leadership teams with a sense of urgency


  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Interact and relate well with all levels within organization

  • Strong problem-solving initiative

  • Highly organized

  • Proactive/ Self Motivated

  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through are required
