Elior North America Administrative Assistant - Dining Events in New York, New York
Assist in facilitating functions of the administration department, ensuring accuracy for all administrative and technical responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage and coordinate the timeliness and accuracy of all daily office duties to include but not limited to all client correspondences, contracts, banquet event orders, payment notices/ deposit processing, cancellations, seasoned team distribution.
Administer all correspondence in a complete and accurate manner.
Responsible for procurement of all office supply needs as well as the maintenance and repair of all office equipment
Monitor file organization.
Provide liaison with vendors concerning office machine maintenance.
Provide backup as needed for other Tappan Hill administrative personnel.
Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
Perform and complete all reasonable assignments as requested by management.
College degree preferred.
2+ years prior administrative experience.
Prior hotel/hospitality/catering experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills necessary, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Ability to communicate work related information to co-workers, supervisors, vendors and clients.
Able to work flexible work schedule in order to accommodate business levels.
