Macquarie Capital s Administration team is looking for you to join as a seasoned manager to oversee the Executive Assistant population for the business. This role will oversee administrative staff supporting bankers and investment professionals in a dynamic and growing division of a global financial services firm.
You will be responsible for providing management oversight to approximately 50 Executive Assistants across seven office in the Americas. In this role you will manage the performance process, both formally and through regular informal direction and feedback, recruit for open Executive Assistant roles and act as the first point of contact for driving day-to-day issue resolution. In addition, you will communicate key policies, manage allocations of Executive Assistants across the business and identify and address key issues impacting the Executive Assistant population.
The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization is critical to success in this role. Your superior influencing and communication skills will make you a strong leader and advocate for the team, and you will have intrinsic emotional intelligence and discretion to handle sensitive situations. The organization and role are adaptive, and the ability to multitask and prioritize is essential.
To be considered for this role, you will have 5+ years of experience managing administrative staff within a financial institution or professional services organization.
