The Bonadio Group is seeking a full-time Administrative Receptionist for our New York, New York location. This is an all-encompassing role and a great way to learn and grow with the company.
Scanning client information for the preparation of tax returns
Receptionist coverage - greeting customers and answering phone calls
Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client related correspondence, etc. in order to produce error-free work
Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
Tracking all engagements with the use of Access software
Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems
Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others
Organizes, updates, and maintains calendars
Other position-related responsibilities as assigned
A minimum of two years relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ( i.e. Outlook, Excel)
General expectations for success within the position:
Excellent time management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing
Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Team collaboration in tandem with working independently
Superior level of accuracy in work and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
We pride ourselves on flexibility; however there may be additional overtime required during peak work times
Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
