We are seeking Full Time Keyholder for our Alexis Bittar location in New York, NY

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Keyholder is an important Alexis Bittar brand representative and top producer in the store. This role leads by example in demonstrating the Client experience and Client service initiatives in the store. The Keyholder partners with the Store Management in mentoring the sales team in KPI growth and achievement, Client development, driving conversion through salesmanship, Client outreach, and Client Book management. This is an entry in to management and is a path to career growth within the Retail Organization.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Sales-
  • Achieve the store’s sales objectives through consistent personal sales goal achievement, sales motivation and training of team.

  • Track and ensure that KPI metrics are clearly communicated and achieved. Leads by example in ADT, UPT, Fine sales, Client Outreach and Client Capture results

  • Support SM implementing action plan to correct negative trends and achieve store goals.

  • Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service. Lead the team in Sales.

  • Prepare and send nightly and weekly business recap.

Customer-

  • Assist sales associates in developing and maintaining long-term clients through the effective use of customer service, client books, and events.

  • Support SM in local outreach to network within the community to develop customer base to increase sales.

  • Offer suggestions to SM of marketing and advertising strategy to build customer awareness to increase traffic and sales.

HR-

  • Support SM in training and supervising store staff.

  • Partner to ensure that associates are trained in all aspects of their sales responsibilities including customer service, clientele development, company history, and product knowledge.

  • Assist in motivating team to encourage positive work environment fostering friendly and service oriented atmosphere.

  • Monitor weekly schedule to maximize talent, payroll and store coverage.

  • Take active role in monthly store meetings to communicate store expectations and priorities to the entire store team.

Operations-

  • Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room. Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the store.

  • Ensure Policy and Procedure is followed to maintain store safety and abide by local, state, and government regulations.

  • Follow company cash handling, loss prevention, store funds and deposit procedures.

  • Ensure that all visual and merchandising directives are implemented according to company standards.

  • Utilize maintenance and visual merchandise checklists regularly to ensure store standards are consistently being met.

  • Support SM to ensure all administrative responsibilities are completed promptly and accurately.

  • Identify and discuss operational issues and concerns with SM.

  • Perform other duties as directed by SM or the retail home office.

Inventory-

  • Insure product is replenished and re-stocked into case lines daily and as needed.

  • Ensure that product transfers, shipment, repairs and RTVs are accounted for with accuracy.

  • Review product sales performance and inventory needs and review with supervisor and retail team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Demonstrates good listening, written, and oral communication skills effectively and clearly communicates, reflecting an appropriate sense of urgency.

  • Ability to problem solve and offer solutions.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Able to build and maintain productive relationships with fellow Sales Associates and other stores.

  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving targeted objectives

  • High School Diploma required.
