ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for healthcare facilities.
- Performing 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, & Enscape.
- Developing procurement & construction documents.
- Conducting materials & code research.
- Assisting in coordination of engineering systems with engineers.
- Assisting in Construction Administration.
- Developing schematic, design development & construction document drawings & models.
- Collaborating on BIM model management with team of architects, engineers & consultants.
- Preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & Bluebeam.
- Attending field site inspections.
ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Must have 3 years' experience in the following areas:
- Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for healthcare facilities.
- Performing 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, & Enscape.
- Developing procurement & construction documents.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
