Vice President focused on People Processes and Talent Development in the Fixed Income business sit within the Global Fixed Income Management team and work closely with Management and the broader organization to execute on people processes and develop platform wide culture and talent

Principal Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate ongoing mobility pipeline reviews with Fixed Income leadership

Lead Global Fixed Income Business Summer Program

Lead Global Fixed Income Campus Recruiting coordination with HCM

Serve as Fixed Income business liaison for AMD Chief of Staff / EO teams

Develop, plan and execute training curriculum for various points of the organization

Work closely with HCM on opening new roles through the recruitment and onboarding of new employee processes

Work closely with COO on year-end processes



Basic Qualifications

Business Management and/or Human Resources experience preferable

Quick thinking problem solving abilities

Fast learner and effective communicator of new / complex information

Self-motivated team player who is able to define structure and prioritize work, but who has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate

Confidence to challenge and be innovative

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
