As part of Bobbi Brown’s efforts to enhance content production and create innovative campaigns in a rapidly changing and dynamic marketplace, we seek a member of the Consumer Engagement team that works to support the strategy, content and activation of marketing programs at global scale.

The primary role of the Assistant Manager of Consumer Engagement/Go to Market Strategy is to aid in the Go to Market strategy development. In partnership with cross-functional teams, the Assistant Manager outlines content needs and works with Creative to ensure the production of compelling assets that will live across all owned global channels and lead to the success of the program. Participation in the development of campaign concept, strategy, scope, creation, delivery and activation are important aspects of this role.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work productively across departments as collaboration among cross-functional teams is critical to ensure a holistic Go to Market strategy and programs that deliver enhanced consumer relevance and engagement. This individual needs to be strong collaborator as they will be partnering closely with the APAC and China teams on top regional programs and key shopping moments.


Go-to-Market Strategy and Development

  • Support the Executive Director, Consumer Engagement in the development of comprehensive 360° campaign support behind product launches and consumer experience focused programs to ensure they are strategic and cohesive across channels and content is optimized based on platform. Programs should be released on time and within budget

  • Assist with programs in the following categories: Skin, Brow, Minis

  • Assist with Services programs (both in-store and virtual). Help to evolve these programs and enhance content developed in order to elevate Bobbi Brown’s position as a teaching destination.

  • Assist with consumer experience/in-store focused programs (i.e. Evergreen Gifting, Dramming, etc)

  • Manage key go-to-market development milestones (i.e. Creative Brief, Go-to-Market Toolkit) and timelines for assigned programs

  • Integrate competitive analysis, ratings and reviews and digital/social metrics into creative briefs to focus messaging and clearly articulate product POD

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and understand individual channel needs and then consolidate all asset needs to ensure the proper support for each channel, cohesive storytelling execution and delivery

  • Create and present competitive and industry content executions, constantly bringing in fresh ideas for content creation and storytelling

  • Act as liaison with Creative, Creative Operations and Production team to align on asset needs and timelines. Work with the Creative team to ensure that the assets created align with individual channel strategy while cohesively laddering up into the overarching campaign

Regional Focus

  • Support the Executive Director, Consumer Engagement in ad hoc program requests and initiatives focused on North America and Travel Retail

  • Attend North America and Travel Retail monthly meetings and assist in cascading information to the rest of the Consumer Engagement team following those meetings

Additional Consumer Engagement Focus Area: In-Store/VM

  • Assist in developing seasonal Launch Unit strategy. Partner closely with the Regional teams and Product Marketing to ensure launch units are aligned with program priorities as well as fulfil regional needs.

  • Generate in-store visualization strategy and calendar. Define animation priorities as well as tiered opportunities to drive maximum global relevance.

  • Manage development of evergreen in-store imagery and assets in partnership with the Creative team.

  • Assist in the development of key Store Design elements. Partner closely with Store Design/VM, Education and Product Marketing.

  • Partner with the brand Omni lead on in-store initiatives that will provide a more seamless shopping environment.



  • 4 years of related experience

  • Strong project management skills and follow-through on details

  • Ideal candidate will be self-directed and have good business judgment and quick learner with high energy level. Capable of thinking out of the box, while being strategic and analytical with a passion to win

  • Proactive with the ability and maturity to manage a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional and affiliate teams

  • Comfort level with regular interactions with senior management and regional teams

  • Excellent communication skills, whether it be in person, through digital tools or via presentations
