Brand: Aramis and Designer Fragrances


Be an integral part of the Donna Karan, DKNY, Aramis and Kiton Fragrances Global Product Marketing team to develop successful innovation and support programs. Assist in the management, development and implementation of product portfolio, innovation pipeline and product marketing strategy across the Donna Karan, DKNY, Aramis and Kiton fragrances to enhance brand story and drive growth and market share. The job reports to the Manager of Global Product Marketing.

Description of Responsibilities

  • Initiate development and execution of new product innovation and seasonal promotional programs (giftsets, GWPs…)

  • Support the Director in development of the brand’s long-term vision including product architecture, product launch process and go-to-market strategy.

  • Drive program development from start to finish including initiation in internal systems and clearly communicating project details and objectives to all support groups including the preparation and delivering of concept development briefs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (creative, packaging, purchasing) to ensure projects are moving forward in a timely manner and meeting cost objectives.

  • Prepare cost objectives for new and seasonal programs and ensure cost targets are met. Work closely with packaging and creative teams to find most cost-efficient method of developing programs.

  • Responsible for COG analysis, global pricing analysis and SKU management of category

  • Lead development of forecast offerings/bulletins detailing new program introduction and execution ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all GMW postings. Prepare materials for bi-annual forecast offerings and monitor market feedback to ensure program viability

  • Assist the Product Marketing Manager to act as key point person for brand performance - shipments, sell-thru, cost of goods, sku count, pricing and new product forecasts.

  • Lead preparation competitive brand review including product, marketing strategy and pricing analysis. Track relevant trends across the fragrance/beauty industry and related categories.

  • Explore and carry out white space opportunities based on findings from consumer insights, social listening, CRM data and transposition from other industries.



  • Position requires 3 years Global Marketing experience

  • Experience in end-to-end beauty product launches

  • Demonstrates ownership of programs

  • Embraces both big picture objectives and follows-through on details

  • Capable of synthesizing data to drive business decisions

  • Strong analytical and creative skills

  • Detail oriented and self-motivated

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Financial fluency

  • Must be flexible, determined and a collaborative team player

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) are a must
