Responsibilities :

  • Lead the execution process for all creative requests – Manage the entire process from start to finish: enter the requests, manage timelines and approval process, and deploy final artwork. Work in accordance with internal creative and marketing teams, as well as the sales team and accounts.

  • Build and manage the Creative Request Tracker on a weekly basis to review each project in development, collaborating with the creative and marketing team members.

  • Build and manage the Creative Menu of assets and share updates with the sales team

  • Lead for printed and scent piece execution. Build and manage the trackers, collaborate with sales team, creative team, project management, and production. Includes blow-ins, mailers, sample cards and handout cards.

  • Contact for duratran programming – manage the master duratrans list and seasonal cadence. Deploy artwork and work with vendor to execute.

  • Create and update seasonal side by sides for retailer accounts and be the point person for retailer meeting coordination – provide support with decks, room set up, and comps.

  • Manage comp orders and timing needs. Deploy to retailers and manage the budget.

  • Track vendor invoices to be sure they are paid on time for. Share tracker with Manager for budgeting reconciliation

  • Work with external vendors to source items for events/programs as needed

  • Own the seasonal Sell Book process from start to finish: develop timeline, gather assets, create layout, and work with the outside vendor to print and ship.

  • Manage library of Elizabeth Arden placements and competitive swipe, especially Macy’s, Dillard’s, and Ulta. Report and share findings.

  • Manage in-house product inventory. Order lab samples and advanced samples

  • Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager with other ad hoc projects and support as needed, such as Prepare and track various reports, documents, and processes with extensive use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills / Competencies:

  • 2-3 years experience

  • Prior marketing and beauty industry experience is a must

  • Project management skills are essential. Extreme attention to detail is required

  • Strong organizational skills with a detailed eye and strict adherence to deadlines are a must

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships across functions

  • Ability to work autonomously and “own” the work, while also being a team player

  • Must be a self-starter and take the initiative

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to perform business analyses are a must

  • Strong PC skills; Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, NPD DecisionKey


  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
