This position helps provide

support with the management of allocation, distribution and delivery of all

marketing non-saleable collateral (tester maintenance, tester units, samples,

hygienic supplies and other marketing materials). Works closely with Account

Lead and Planner, helping inform overall account strategy


  • Create

and maintain non-salable side by side used by Account Management and Planner

team to manage total allocations and budget.

  • Reconcile

actual shipments with allocations monthly and advise Lead Account Manager and

Lead Planner of any significant deviations. Alert the Account Management

and Planners on a timely basis of any changes in product availability or


  • Responsible

for managing the Passport system used to allocate testers, samples, collateral

and GWP’s.

  • Plan,

prepare and track the promotions used by the Sales Field to process

non-saleable orders from retailers.

  • Maintain

changes made to allocations, and generate reports to track orders of shipped

vs. allocated to insure timely shipments and reduce excess.

  • Provide

analysis to be used in managing quarterly and total year financial budgets for


  • Process

new door paperwork to ensure correct information is entered in the NDO system

for approvals. Follow through on process to ensure timely shipping of opening

orders and collateral.

  • Process

Invoicing through the SAP system

  • Serve as

back-up for reports issued to Account Management, Marketing, Licensing Partners

and Senior Management. Reports include, retail sales, mix of business,

launch results and seasonal sell-through.

  • Responsible

for creating and updating non-salable budget to review with finance as well as

budget management for promo portion of P&L

  • Review

and approval of non-salable orders in CWO.

  • Partner

with Account Lead and Trade Marketing on programs requiring sampling, testers

and all other collateral.

  • Responsible

for bi-monthly release of non-salable allocations.

  • Responsible

for updating the marketing operations grid for all non-salable products.

  • Responsible

for submission of non-salable forecasts to global.


  • 3 years of related experience.

  • Strong computer and analytical skills,

including advanced Excel functions, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Superior customer service-oriented

abilities to meet the needs of several departments.

  • Must be able to manage multiple


  • Should be a self-starter with the

ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed.

  • Prior experience with Passport System

and/or Data Warehouse a plus.
