Summary
This
position with L'Oreal Designer Fragrance emphasizes on project support,
development, and general administrative duties. Assistant Manager should be
productive, self-motivated, and detail oriented to find success in this role.
He or she will provide assistance to the Education team as well as manage ad
hoc training related projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's
Degree

Highly
proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong
verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Knowledge
of Adobe InDesign, Movie Maker, Photoshop

Knowledge of digital landscape and tools

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist
with all team initiatives by supporting the analysis, design, and
development of programs by:

Order products on behalf of all brands; own order
management, fulfillment, and nationwide delivery

Request purchase orders on behalf of all brands.
Oversee new vendor management, maintain vendor relationships, and timely
payment

Manage nationwide gratis program each season and
holiday gifts

Cultivate and maintain relationships with
cross-functional business partners and global partners

Oversee
Team's Administrative Tasks by:

Oversee planning & scheduling manager for team
& supervisor calendars

Remain organized amongst brands and create efficient
ways of work

Responsible for all maintenance on MS Teams files

Pack outs as needed

Organize & stock education closet

Create agenda & take notes for each team meeting

Create & manage IT tickets for digital platforms

Organize
operational activity for events and seminars. This position is the liaison
amongst field, vendors, and team

Manage
content/assets for all platforms in alignment with Marketing
and Sales.

Direct contact for field technical support
issues

Support
field social media strategy in collaboration with IDC 3.0 teams and Public
Relations

Collaborate
with current and future members of the International Designer Collections
team to seamlessly integrate data, communications materials, and
curriculum updates and present them to partners as related to events.

Maintain
files for all team budgets across brands

Travel
in role

Visit stores as needed

Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences as needed
