Macmillan Assistant, Sales and Marketing in New York, New York
The National Accounts Assistant will provide general support and assistance to Directors, Managers and all accounts in various wholesale/distributor channels and academic/library marketing efforts.
Maintaining, tracking, and analyzing sales data and running daily sales, weekly and seasonal reports
Managing orders, sales reports, inventory, calendars, and marketing content
Assisting in the preparation for account meetings – presentations, title research, gathering materials
Operational issues –tracking shipments for accounts and monitoring the progress of orders
Miscellaneous projects – assisting the team with various ad hoc projects.
Research and analysis as needed.

High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with Google Suite Apps
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Interest in books preferred
