Collectively, Inc. Associate Community Manager - Influencer Marketing Casting in New York, New York

About the Role:

The Associate Community Manager, will, under supervision, internally assist and support influencer casting across multi-platform influencer campaigns, as well as support the growth and development of our creator community. This role is part of the Community team, whose larger mission is to advocate for the creative community of digital content creators who work with Collectively and support castings across our portfolio of brands. This role will be involved in three crucial areas: community growth and creator database management, creator support and customer service, and creator casting/matchmaking for select Collectively programs. This role will support the Community team in an operational capacity as needed, including Salesforce administration and refining internal tools and process development.

Responsibilities:

Community Management:

  • Assist in the maintenance of Collectively’s creator database with impeccable detail, consistency and thoroughness

  • Assist in the weekly onboarding of new creators and existing creator account updates

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from new and existing community members and provide excellent customer service and support

  • Identify key feedback from the Collectively community and general influencer community, report back to the Community team and demonstrate strategic thinking for a Collectively POV

  • Assist in the tracking and reporting of key recruitment metrics over time

    Casting Support:

  • Assist with various casting requests, including influencer research and talent list development for Collectively campaigns

  • With oversight from the team, assist in developing campaign invitation emails and sign up surveys

  • Help build client-facing influencer presentations that highlight influencer talent for Collectively campaigns

Team Admin & Operational Support:

  • Assist the team in preparing creator reports, lists and communications

  • Assist the Community team in managing internal process, meetings, timelines and approvals

  • Support and maintain new creator leads in database

  • Manage the maintenance of creator profiles

  • Support monthly creator payment reconciliation, ensuring all key information is retrieved/recorded

  • Provide project support and ownership of seasonal communication initiatives for our creator community, including regular surveys, newsletters, product launches, and other key communications

Content Marketing:

  • As needed, assist the team in drafting articles for the Collectively blog on topics related to the industry and the production of our bi-weekly Community Newsletter

  • As needed, assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across our core social channels: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Demonstrate strategic thinking around ways to strengthen Collectively’s content marketing initiatives, and help institute new initiatives and processes

Requirements

  • 1-2 years work experience in marketing, sales, PR, or advertising industry

  • Knowledge of and passion for the social media and influencer landscape

  • Professional communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail, eye for design, and commitment to producing quality work

  • Familiarity with working in Google Docs and Sheets (Salesforce or other CRM’s a plus)

  • Exceptional focus and time management skills, able to follow process efficiently

  • Excellent initiative and proactive follow-through with all colleagues from peers to senior staff

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work happen
